Merseyrail ‘Train of Love’

Eurovision 2023 was held in Liverpool and offered plenty of opportunities for creative video, audio and photography.

Merseyrail had one of their new 777 fleet wrapped in special Eurovision colours, and it seemed only fitting that a Euro pop song was produced to promote the colourful mode of transport.

Hence the ‘Train of Love’ was born! Here’s the song and music video featuring local dancers, passengers, Merseyrail staff and the ‘Disco-Bot’…

Three Grand National winners silks are re-imagined as spectacular dresses, and are modelled by singer Laura Wright, world champion boxer Natasha Jonas and 2021 Grand National winning rider Rachel Blackmore.
The dresses were then auctioned off to raise money for Alder Hey Children’s Charity.

2021 winning jockey Rachel Blackmore heads to Alder Hey Hospital to present the tickets to Frankie and his mum Jess.

Jockey Club ‘Silk’ with Laura Wright and Movema

The Jockey Club Weights Lunch launches the Grand National in the prestigious surroundings of St Georges Hall in Liverpool.

As part of the 2023 event, singer Laura Wright composed a piece of music called ‘Silk’, and teamed up with local dance company Movema to perform a specially choreographed dance sequence.


Here’s the behind the scenes video I produced which was used as the introduction to the performance at the event.

Merseyrail Class 777 Train Passenger Videos

The new Class 777 trains are set to revolutionise travel on the Merseyrail Network.

I was asked to produce a series of videos to help familiarise passengers with the features of the new trains, delivered in landscape and portrait format for use across social media.
